You sign the contract and your account goes live.
For 7 days, you read cases at base fee. Our chief radiologist reviews every report. If 90% are Grade 1 and you showed up for every shift, you move to Borderless on day 8.
Every case you report earns Borderless premiums on top of base fee.
At the end of every month, we pay your earnings to your bank account.
Borderless is invitation-only. We trust the radiologists we let in, and we ask for two things in return. We pay for the work the way we said we would.
Reviews start when our customer flags a report. Our chief radiologist pulls that specific report and grades the discrepancy on Rad Peer Scoring. The grade sets the deduction. You see the flag, the grade, and the reasoning behind it.

On every committed shift, three things are tracked automatically and reported in your monthly billing statement. The penalties stack, capped together at 15% of monthly earnings.

Every hour you are on, we promise to send a minimum of three cases. If we send fewer, we pay base fee for each missing case. You are paid for your time, not for whatever landed.
For your first seven days, our chief radiologist grades every report you submit. To be moved into Borderless on day eight, at least 90% of your reports must come back as Grade 1 on Rad Peer Scoring, and all three availability conditions must hold. Every case you read in those seven days is paid at base fee, either way.
